
Lisa Landis
Lisa serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations for LSA Management. In this capacity, she oversees the day-to-day property management of all communities including leasing, operations, maintenance, compliance and marketing.
Prior to joining LSA, Lisa was a Senior Vice President Operational Excellence with California Commercial Investments (CCI). In her role, se focused on organizational goals such as creating efficiencies, training, policies and procedures, and collaborating with all departments to enhance company operational systems and processes. Before her promotion at CCI, Lisa served as a Vice President of Property Management overseeing an affordable housing portfolio of 45 properties in 17 states. Lisa created a budget process, implemented training programs, was responsible for AFHMP compliance, and managed a team of Regional Property Managers. Before joining CCI, Lisa was the Regional Vice President for GVA Management where she oversaw a portfolio of 66 properties, 12,000+ units, in 4 states. Previously, she was a Senior Vice President of Property Management at Pennrose Management Company. In that role, Lisa, created strategic plans for growth, oversaw a portfolio of 150+ properties, 10,000+ units in 13 states.
She earned an associate of applied science, business management at Columbus State Community College. Lisa holds multiple certifications including Tax Credit Specialist, Blended Occupancy Specialist, and Certified Property Manager.
