Sharon Oaks, located in Charlotte, NC, was the first natural-occurring affordable housing (NOAH) rehabilitation apartment community in the City. The community features one and two-bedroom apartments situated in 5 one-story and 7 three-story buildings and serves households earning 50% and 60% AMI.

Community amenities include outdoor picnic areas with grills, a laundry room, 24-hour maintenance, and an onsite management office. Unit features include spacious floor plans, fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryer connections, and patios or balconies.
