Mount Moriah Seniors

Mount Moriah Seniors is a partnership between Laurel Street and Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, a prominent faith-based institution in Matthews, North Carolina. The development is the 2^nd phase of a 3-part master plan which includes a Child Development Center, affordable senior living, and housing for families.  Mount Moriah Seniors will consist of 72 one and two-bedroom units in an elevator accessed building for households with incomes ranging from 30% to 80% of the area median income.

The amenities will include elevator accessed building, multipurpose community room, fitness center, laundry room, gazebo, outdoor seating areas, garden plots, tenant storage areas, and apartment features include spacious floor plans and walk in closets.
