Legacy Ridge

Laurel Street is partnering with the High Point Housing Authority to redevelop the existing Daniel Brooks Homes in High Point, NC. Legacy Ridge, Phase I of the redevelopment, is under construction. The community features 100 one, two, and three-bedrooms units serving households with incomes at 60% of area medium income and below.

Community amenities include onsite management offices, a community room, a computer center, a fitness room, and laundry facilities. Additional site amenities include covered picnic areas, outdoor seating, and a children’s playground.

Units include fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryer connections, patios/balconies, comfortable living spaces, closets, and storage.
