Arbors at Cary

The Arbors at Cary is the rehabilitation of a natural reoccurring affordable housing (NOAH) apartment community in the Town of Cary. The community features one, two and three-bedroom apartments situated in 23 buildings.

The property is currently under renovation. Exterior rehabilitation includes the construction of a new clubhouse and pool, upgraded landscaping, roof repair and replacement, and exterior painting. Interior rehabilitation includes the installation of washer and dryer hookups, replacement of flooring, appliances, countertops, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, water heaters and HVAC systems.

Existing community amenities include outdoor picnic areas with grills, a laundry room, 24-hour maintenance, an onsite management office, playground, courtyard, pet play area, and walking/biking trails. Unit features include spacious floor plans, fully equipped kitchens, pantries, and walk-in closets. Select units include balconies or patios.
